Designed for children ages three and older, the set includes easy-to-follow instructions for four different track configurations, giving children hours of play time as they build their own perfect layout. Every track piece and accessory in this solid wood set is sanded to a very smooth finish, and when screws are used, they are set below the surface of the wood, providing a smooth and safe surface for little hands. The flatbed lorry allows your child to replicate the real-world transfer of cargo from the train to the lorry, and then on to the neighborhood stores for the final delivery. The set also includes train engineers who can help direct traffic as the trains come in and out of the station. To load cargo on and off the trains, this magnificent wooden railway set includes two magnetized crane assemblies — a tower frame and an A-frame — that each feature a lever for raising and lowering the cargo. Lots and lots of play value here. It also includes a suspension bridge, trestle bridge, a five-way switch, and a roundhouse engine shed where the railway engines can park when not in use. Great little train set
We bought this one as I had read that it was compatible with both Brio and Thomas wooden railway. It was so much cheaper than both of those, and loads more pieces included. So we got this and then bought the Thomas train and a couple of his mates separately. It's a big hit with our 3 year old but I think it we'll get quite a few more years out of it yet, as you can make it as easy or complicated as you like and the trains and tracks are really well made, great quality. Very pleased :)

This train set was bought for my 4 year old son, he loves it. It provides hours of fun on a daily basis, the track can be placed in many different ways.

This is such an amazing product...very safe and me and my boy play for hours together...I come across it while trying to find a small train set...but I thought I might aswel get a bigger 1 for a great price! Couldn't have asked for a better train set.can tell it is made to last :)
