We especially love this KidKraft 53151 wooden play kitchen. The knobs on the oven and the sink turn, making interactive play so very satisfying for any lucky boy or girl. The dishwasher and the storage draws open and close so that your child can really feel that they are helping and playing house. Construction quality is good, being made of sturdy painted MDF for many years of play value. All it needs is the addition of some pots and pans, a few plastic plates and some play food (also available on Amazon). Even some empty tins and jars will add to the play value.

Our verdict: Not especially cheap but excellent value for money.
