Our review of the Pintoy Wooden Workbench

We found this a really nice good quality workbench for small children. It is sturdy, and has a proper woodworking vice and a tool rack for proper tools. The tools supplied are obviously wooden play tools, but as the child grows, real tools could be carefully introduced. The Pintoy wooden workbench is nicely made from rubberwood and we are impressed that the rubberwood is only from trees that would have been felled and burnt anyway, making it totally sustainable. All children love to use tools, just like mummy or daddy and we feel that this workbench will delight for years to come. It is just the right size as well, big enough for two children to stand at without taking up too much room.

Our verdict: A lovely toy. How we would have loved one of these when we were little. Years of play value.
